I’ve known Casey Shaw (Soda Pop) for over 20 years now and have played music with him that entire time. When I first met him, he was already teaching young people the magic of music that he so loves. Since that time, he’s continued to teach at every opportunity that presents itself .. no matter the age of the player. Beyond his love for music and sharing it, he’s one the most kind and caring person that I know. He has a great passion for teaching and the patience and understanding that helps him communicate to all age groups. This book is an excellent example of his teaching style, and should work well for anyone wanting a basic introduction to guitar playing.
